Terms of Agreement

Please read this document carefully. Tagi (Pty) Ltd (“Tagi”) offers an online search through its website located at Tagi.tv (the “Tagi Site”, the “Tagi Service”). By subscribing as a member or by making use of the Tagi Site in any way, you accept these Terms of Agreement (“Agreement”) which forms a binding agreement between you and Tagi. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, do not make use of the Tagi Site.

1. Age Restriction

You must be older than 18 years to use the Tagi Service. Some content may not be suitable for minors.

2. Membership

To use the Tagi Service, you must register and maintain a paid account. You must provide accurate information and update it when necessary.

Membership duration is defined on the invoice at purchase. Membership is limited to one production house. Each production house is allocated 5 passwords. Sharing passwords outside the organisation is prohibited. Tagi may terminate membership without refund if abuse is detected.

3. Content Restrictions

Content may be imported from external sources and displayed with attribution.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or reverse engineer content without permission from the copyright holder.

4. Disclaimers

4.1

Tagi may modify the service at any time. Users are responsible for their own access. No guarantee is made regarding accuracy or suitability of content.

4.2

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tagi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. General Provisions

6.1 Governing Law: Republic of South Africa.

6.2 Disputes: Any disputes must be handled within the Republic of South Africa.
